A Note from Bec

What do I mean by “gentle” remedial massage? This simply means that I do not subscribe to the “no pain, no gain” theory and my techniques are modified to work smarter, rather than harder. This is great for you, the client, but also means I get to do what I love without over-working the tools of my trade. If you have a low pain threshold, bruise easily or prefer to be nurtured rather than pummelled, then my style of massage may be just what you are looking for.
